Since 95, Craig has passionately plied his craft for many of the big names of the web - AOL, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Ziff-Davis, Atlassian, and now Telstra. A degree in Fine Art is a strange entrance to a career with a passion for programming, but that's where Craig started. A right-brain approach to code and problem solving has seen him plying his craft for many of the big names of the web.

That passion, and a fondness for serial commas and the like, have led him on a path from journalism, through development, on to conferences, and now in to print. Taking up JavaScript in 1995, he was an evangelist for the ""good parts"" before Crockford coined the term, and now has brought that keenness to libraries. 

Craig is on his hat trick having presented at the last two webDUs, and has previously presented on JavaScript at WDS, CSS techniques at WSG and RORO in Sydney, and has toured the East Coast capitals delivering HTML5 workshops. He is the co-author of Sitepoint's top-selling jQuery: Novice to Ninja and has just finsihed working on the second edition.
