Brajeshwar is currently the lead developer and director of the company, Oinam Software Pvt. Ltd, a small but very successful start up "Oinam Software" with clients spread across US, UK and other parts of Europe. He is a self-taught Macromedia Flash developer with full dedication towards his workmanship. Though started late with Flash 5, he had kept up with the pace of Flash and is a highly proficient, capable developer. He is also currently the Manager of the India's Macromedia User Group and a team member of the Macromedia Team Member Support for Flash. Brajeshwar is a frequent speaker at the Usergroup's meetings. He is also a Macromedia Team Member Support for Flash.
