We are not Rock Stars

Despite what we may think, most of us are the web development equivalent of session musicians. That's ok, we can still be awesome, but we need better versatility and a more completely rounded skill sets than we think. In this session Patrick will be exploring things that he wished he was better at since leaving a job where he had the title of JavaScript Ninja.

  • Difficulty: General,Expert
  • Prerequisites: None, though it is loosely targeted at developers who've worked in JavaScript. I just don't think there's enough of those people around to talk too much on that without a broad story over the top. Some sections are technical but not essential for understanding the presentation as a whole. People will be warned prior to technical sections of the presentation.
  • Session Track: Javascript
