The Trouble with Time Travel
- Difficulty: General
Session Detail
Matthew will relate his experiences on a recent project run using the Time Travel pattern in conjunction with the development-focussed agile method ‘Extreme Programming (XP)’. He’ll look at this choice, its results compared with Waterfall, and the good and bad that came with them for both designers and developers. Finally, he’ll relate the lessons learned and passed into the very next project using Scrum and Lean-thinking and the resultant new developer focus on user-centred design that came along with it.
