It’s all a big pain in the aaS

SaaS, PaaS, IaaS? Even among the ranks of analysts and industry “experts,” the current state of the cloud is, well, cloudy. But for every developer, consultant, start-up, or IT organisation, the current transformation to cloud computing - in all its variances - is the most important development in recent memory. This session will help explain why you should care. What are the acronyms and vendors you need to know? How can you get your new business off the ground in hours instead of months, and bootstrap it yourself? How can you move major portions of your budget from CAPEX to OPEX and make your boss shed tears of joy? Cloud computing is no longer a matter of “how” but “when” and you can be among the first with some simple preparation now.
