Behaviour-Driven Development in JavaScript

Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) is an Agile technique that extends the concept of Test-Driven Development. The idea behind it is creating test cases that use natural language understandable by stakeholders and developers. In this session we will find out how to apply the concept of BDD into JavaScript through frameworks, such as Jasmine and Mocha.

Sebastiano Armeli-Battana is a Software Engineer living in Melbourne and working as consultant and web freelancer. He has developed and designed applications using different programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Ruby) and he is really passionate around JavaScript and web development. He is the author of a jQuery plug-in called JAIL and he also enjoys speaking at conferences and writing technical articles.
