webdu: Internationalisation with ColdFusion and Flex

Internationalisation with ColdFusion and Flex

When building and architecting web applications a common mistake is not to think about the issues related to delivering a website or a web application for a multi-national or multi-lingual target audience. Internationalisation and the associated topics localisation and globalisation comprise more than just offering support for more than one language or some freaky special characters. This session will provide an introduction in various aspects of how to build web applications using ColdFusion and Flex targeting an international audience and supporting users with different cultural backgrounds.

  • Difficulty: Fundamental
  • Prerequisites: General programming experience required.
  • Session Track: Flex,ColdFusion
