ColdFusion Performance Monitoring and Alerts

Adobe ColdFusion 8 introduced several new features to simplify the management and configuration of the award winning rapid application development platform for JEE. This session will highlight the performance and diagnostic console include with ColdFusion. Attendees will discover how to monitor live activity on the server including JVM threads, memory allocation, database queries, session data and much more. We’ll also explore the comprehensive notification and error resolution system which dramatically increase overall server uptime.

Adam Lehman (USA)

Adam is the ColdFusion Evangelist at Adobe Systems Incorporated based out of Washington, DC. Prior to joining Adobe, Adam was the Senior Web Engineer for the U.S. Department of State where he managed a team of developers and architected enterprise ColdFusion-based applications. Adam also founded and managed the Department of State Adobe Developer User Group for over two years. His background also includes several years designing and programming e-learning applications for Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Adam has been developing web applications specializing in ColdFusion for over a decade. His work has been featured in Macromedia's DRK (Developer Resource Kit) and his other areas of expertise include application security and Oracle database development. More...
