MXDU Conference Agenda

This year we're running three separate tracks.  "Client" for Flash happy front end coders, Dreamweaver designers, Central developers and more. "Server" for Flash Remoting, ColdFusion, Flash Comms and J2EE hacks. "Experience" for business managers, project leaders and those of us who just want to see it all come together.

The conference has a general session or keynote at the start of each day.  Then we split into three parallel tracks.  Tea and coffee is available throughout the day -- and lunch is on us.  The conference agenda is complete. The speaker list is phenomenal and the sessions rock!

The Unofficial Sessions

MXDU has a life of its own. Groups of delegates have formed their own unofficial gatherings -- join them, lend your enthusiasm!

Experience: the Putting it in Perspective Track

The experience track puts the breadth of Macromedia technologies into business perspective. It includes technology trends, case studies, best practices, and a candid look at how Macromedia products can help achieve significant advantage for the enterprise. This track is for business managers, project leaders and anyone who just want to see where technology and the business meet.

Server-side, back-end Development Track

The server-side, back-end development track will cover Flash Remoting, ColdFusion, Flash Communication Server, J2EE and more. Speakers Ben Forta (ColdFusion Evangelist), Sean Corfield (Director of Architecture, Macromedia) lead a field of specialists discussing Enterprise integration of Macromedia technology.

Client-side, Front-end Development Track

The client stream explores the reality of rich internet applications developed through the client-side, front-end development tools such as Flash, Dreamweaver, and Central. Speakers include Branden Hall, Guy Watson and other luminaries from Macromedia and their worldwide development partners.
